Tickets can now be purchased on the door, however to reduce queuing we would still recommend booking in advance. Most tickets are cheaper when booked in advance!

If a performance or event is cancelled or postponed due to staff or performer illness; ticketholders will have the following options:

Rebook for an alternative or rearranged date
Donate the cost of your tickets to the Richard Whiteley Theatre or the producing company
Convert the cost of your tickets to a voucher to be used as payment towards a future event
Refund the cost of your tickets if the event is cancelled without rearrangement.

We want to let you know if anything changes and keep you up to date ahead of your visit so will ask for a phone number and email address when you book.

If your whole party or some of your party are unable to attend due to having Coronavirus type symptoms ticketholders will have the following options:

Our venues are cleaned thoroughly before each performance. Our toilets are cleaned before the performance and regularly checked.

Yes. 

Hand sanitiser is available throughout the theatre and handwashing facilities available in the toilets. We encourage you to use sanitiser whenever it is available.

There is no requirement to wear a face covering. However should you wish to wear one please feel free to do so.

The government has suspended free Lateral Flow Testing for the majority of people. Lateral Flow Tests can be purchased from a wide number of retailers, if you wish to continue testing.

All our venues have returned to full capacity.

In our foyers we would ask you to give everyone the space they need and respect other customers and our staff. When queuing please allow people to pass safely, we are doing everything possible to reduce the time you spend queuing.

Card payment is preferred however we do still accept cash!

Our car parking arrangements have returned to normal.
